Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! This year we are switching up the way we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have decided not to invite community members into the school. Instead, we would love to feature Hispanic voices from the greater Rochester community on our daily video announcements. Do you have a story to tell about your culture, history, and/or contributions to our community? If so, we would love to hear your story. Dear RA Families, Our most recent communication regarding the cancelled schoolwide early release for Wednesday, September 15 was incorrect. Due to miscommunication, our students will be released today at 1pm. If you regularly pick up your child, please arrive at 1pm at the regular pick up entrance. However, students residing in the following areas will be dismissed at 3:35pm today, unless you are able to pick them up at 1pm. --Churchville Chili --East + West Irondequoit --Gates Chili My sincere apologies for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOODLINK BACKPACK PROGRAM: Volunteers will pick up items from Foodlink’s Mt. Read location once a month on a Wednesday, between 9- 9:30 am and deliver the items to RA throughout the school year. If you are willing, please contact Mrs. Felton at 225-4200 x209 ASAP.
